The following are some of the site's most frequently asked questions. If any of your questions are not answered here please feel free to ask me by open a support ticket or live chat through the support page.

Payments and Downloads

1. Do you accept credit cards?
• Yes, we accept credit and debit cards through PayPal, AlertPay and CCBill.
  
  
2. How does the CCBill credit card payment work?
• Figure out the total of all of the video clips you wish to purchase. Our shopping cart will also do this for you. Then simply go to our CCBill payment page and choose the correct amount to pay. The amount is listed numerically for ease in finding the price you need. All of the prices will say 3 days membership. This is NOT a membership to any of my websites. This simply will take you into the Your Royal Fantasies members area where I have a few free videos and pictures posted for your enjoyment while you wait for me to send you your purchased videos.
  
  
3. Do you accept PayPal?
• Yes. If you need my PayPal address just email me and ask. It is different from my email.
  
  
4. Can I send a payment through the mail?
• Yes, I accept money orders (international money orders), checks drawn on US banks, and concealed cash in USD. Payment details including my mailing address are located on my join page. Make any payment out to Jen.
  
  
5. What address do I send my payment to?

6. How will the payment show up on my credit card statement?

7. How do I get the videos I ordered?

   • An email will be sent to you with the download link. Simply click the link in the email and save the file (the video) to your harddrive. It is that simple. If you have ordered a DVD then it will ship out to you within 3 days of your cleared payment.
8. When I be able to download my videos?

   • Immediately if you paid through PayPal. Money order, cash and check payments must be received and cleared before you will be emailed the video download link. For checks and e-checks they require 10 business days to clear after they have been received.

Trouble Shooting

1. The video download link is not working. What's wrong?
• There are 2 possible reasons. All video clips have either a 24 hour or a 3 day time limit on them before that link expires. It will tell you in the email how long you have to download the video. The second reason is that the IP you are trying to download from is different than the one you purchased from. I have a very strict NO SHARING policy. Therefore my program checks IPs against the one you ordered with to verify it is really you.
  
  
2. Why haven't I received an email with the video yet?
• Your payment has either not been received yet or the email could have gone to your spam box. If your payment has cleared and you still have not received the download email yet then contact me and I will be happy to re-send it to you.
  
  

Videos, Updates and DVDs

1. Can I have the videos I ordered put on DVD?
• Yes. I will happily put the videos on a DVD for you for an additional $15.00. (Cost of the DVD and shipping.) In addition to the DVD you can also download the videos to your harddrive so you can enjoy them instantly while waiting for the DVD to arrive. You can add 1 hour worth of videos per DVD. The DVD will ship within 3 days of your cleared payment.
  
  
2. How often do you add new videos?
• Queen Janice and I (Princess Jen) plan on adding a new video every week. We do not have set days when we'll be updating. You can always find the most recent video on the Home page. The newest videos are at the top of the feet and slip video pages.
  
  
3. Why aren't all of the videos in 1280x720 size?
• Many of my (Princess Jen) videos at the beginning were shot with my digital camera which only did a maxium of 640x480. The ones that are smaller than that were either too long to fit on my (old) memory cards or were my original videos. I am working on taking the original slip videos off my old camcorder and producing them in a larger size for you all. All video shot from January 2010 and on will be in my new camcorder's 1280x720 HD size.
  
  
4. Do any of your videos have topless, full nude or footjobs?

   • No, you will not find any nudity or sexual acts at all on our site. We believe in the art of tease! We'll leave those images to your imagination and dreams.
     

Shop - Items for Sale

1. Do you sell any of the items you wear in your videos?
• Yes! In fact, Queen Janice and I have several locations where we have listed items for sale. If there is something you are interested in and it is not listed, then please just send me a message and ask.
  
  
2. Do you sell worn pantyhose or stockings?
• Yes, we sure do. We have some items already worn and ready to go listed on our Shop page. Also I (Princess Jen) also have more listed here on my Slip Closets's For Sale Hosiery section. You are also welcome to request any certain color, style, brand, and how many days you'd like us to wear them for you.
  
  
3. Will you wear a slip before you ship it?
• Sure, we can wear it a couple hours or so and take it off right before shipping if you would like. Just be sure to request it as we normally just ship them.
  
  
4. Will you or do you send pictures of you wearing the item that is bought?

   • No, this is not something we do automatically but we can do it. However, it does cost extra since it takes extra work to do the pictures. The price will vary based upon what you are wanting.
     
     

Additional Questions

1. Do you accept gifts?
• Yes! We absolutely love to receive gifts of all kinds. In fact, our slaves are often expected to do so if they wish to receive special rewards from us. We have set up a wish list tributes page but you are welcomed to send anything you would like. We will send you something back as a thank you or reward, whether it be access to our members section, email you photos, web cam show or something we have worn.
  
  
2. Do you meet or talk on the phone with your fans or servants?
• No, we do not meet or talk on the phone with anyone since we like to keep our personal life and web life separate.
  
  
3. Will you do free cam2cam or cam shows?

   • No, we do not do free cam2cam or free cam shows. However, we can do a private cam show for someone who pays tribute (gifts) or paid cam shows. You can order a cam show at http://www.yourroyalfantasies.com/shop.html#cam
